Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' health needs and developing nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs
- Educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive patient care plan
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhering to all healthcare protocols and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices
